About us

Keystone Building and Conservation was founded by Jamie Bransden. After starting in modern construction in 2007, Jamie had his first taste of heritage work in 2008, working on the restoration of a 19th century mill in West Wales, where he learnt about using lime mortars and working with stone. Since then, he has worked on numerous projects , from Gruff Rhys Jones' Trehilyn farm in Pembrokshire which featured on national television, to the restoration of Sydney University in Australia. Over the years he has developed skills and contacts enabling him to provide a complete, competent building service. Jamie is driven by his love of the country's old buildings and the stories and history that accompany them.

Beautfiul lime pointing and stone repairs done at my house by Jamie and the team. Would recommend to anyone. Reliable, quality workmanship.
